You can return or exchange any unused, unwashed item within 90 days of delivery.

- The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
- A quick note about what you'd like us to do

If something arrived damaged or defective:

- We’ll replace it or refund you immediately
- We cover shipping for replacements
Otis will probably try to sit on the replacement before it goes out. We’ll try to stop him.
