Update: I left for vacation so was away from my email. When I returned, I noticed that Catitude had sent a replacement shirt in the correct size and refunded my original transaction! This was a very kind gesture from the team who were eager to make things better. I appreciate their work to win back my trust. I am sure they are reviewing their process and hope they start placing sizes on shirts, and include a packing slip with return information in future orders. My partner really likes the shirt which became a late birthday surprise!

Original review: Definitely didn’t send an XS and no size on the shirt. Guess we all just get the same one size. No way to contact customer service so buyer beware. It’s an expensive rag!
